Happenings

I am getting older and larger by the day! I am going to be thirty next year which is a scary thought, and I just celebrated my ten year High School reunion. It was very entertaining to say the least, but I am very glad that I went. It was so fun to play catch up with people I haven’t talked to since High School and to see how some have changed! Life is going pretty good. I am now officially 29 weeks pregnant and I'm counting down. We have had a busy week. Jesse had a conference down in Salt Lake so we stayed the night at my mom’s on Wednesday and then the Grand America hotel on Thursday night. It was pretty dang fancy. But it was so nice to get away for a few days. It was like a mini vacation. I was able to have lunch with my mom and Grandpa and then we meet up with our friends Mark and Jenny for dinner and then a dip in the pool at the hotel. It was lovely. We came back Friday, my reunion was Saturday and then we met our friends the Anderson’s for some Weber State fireworks. So things have been very busy, but sometimes that is a good thing, it is making time go by fast. I also have some very exciting news…..are you ready…..Finn had to go to the doctors on Monday for a weight check and he weighs a whopping 25.2 pounds fully dressed. The kicker is that he is finally on the chart. He is in the less than 3rd percent but on the chart. This is miraculous because this hasn’t happened since he was 3 months old, and now Finn is no longer a failure to thrive baby. Halleluiah!!! So we celebrated by going to McDonalds and the park!! Other than that, that is all that is going on in the Spencer household.

Finn and Josh at the Pool at the Grand America Hotel. It was so lovely, but I have to say the company was the best part. It is always so nice to see the Mawhinney's.

Finn loves the water.

Cheesing it up for the camera.

I love this picture. Checkout that hair. I swear he really does belong to me and Jesse!

My sweet friend Jenny and Finn's wife Anna!

Finn getting ready to jump in the pool.

The cutest kids ever!

Mark and the silly boys.

Isn't she the cutest thing you have ever seen?

Finn riding the deer in the Gardens at the Hotel.

A nice little belly shot for you!

Debbie and I at our High School reunion.

The only ones that showed up!

This is Finn's new favorite thing. Every time Jesse needs to mow the lawn Finn will follow him around where ever he goes with his little mower. It is pretty sweet. Although it takes Jesse twice as long to mow and it drives him crazy!

I just think it is cutest thing to watch. Finn loves his daddy.

Randomness

I have promised a few ladies that I would post a belly picture, so beware of fat lady pictures below! I also had to throw this video of Finn Diego in there. He is just so funny these days and I almost pee my pants every time I watch it. For those of you who know Finn, know how he loves his High School Musical. This is him singing and dancing to a HSM3 video on the computer! He is pretty freaking cute if you ask me!

I just thought that this picture is cute. Jesse and Finn just hanging out watching some t.v.

Sorry for the bare belly shot....but this is me at 21 weeks

Jesse, his Dad and brothers decided to do a bike ride for Neil's (Jesse's Dad) 60th birthday. They went from West Jordan to Crystal Hot Springs. Craziness if you ask me. I took my time and drove in the car to meet them up there. That is the way to go!

Finn loves to swim. We (well Aunt Jodi..thank you !) introduced him to floaties and he loves them. He won't let us touch him in the pool and he will yell "self" at us meaning he wants to swim by himself. It is pretty cute to watch. He is a good little swimmer. But this is Jesse and Finn swimming in the Hot springs. It may look like the lady to the left is not wearing a top but it is a swim suit required place I promise!

This is Lindy and her belly at week 24. This is baby girls room. This is the new dresser that we got from a consignment shop. The lazy boy chair is from my sweetest husband for our 7 year Anniversary. I love it. And if you notice the bumper pad in the crib. My wonderful Mother in law, made it for me. It is all coming together!

So far behind, and the baby is a.......

So we are 2 months behind on this blog and I am feeling overwhelmed with where to begin. All is going well in the Spencer household. We are pretty boring over here. Jesse is busy slaving away at work. Lindy is finally over morning sickness (hooray.) Finn is as cute as ever although he has learned to throw some pretty nasty temper tantrums, and baby Girl...... is doing good and growing just as she should in mom's belly! We are really excited to be having a girl. We are still wondering what possessed us to have another child in the first place when Finn is such a handful already, but we are very excited and can hardly wait to meet our new little Spencer baby! Here are a few pictures from the last couple of months...so get ready for picture overload. I thought that I would begin with the most recent.

Baby girl Spencer!!

Jesse's parents took us on a lovely and much needed get away trip to St. George. It was so nice to just get away, play and also relax. We went swimming, hiking, played around, and Jesse celebrated the big 30 Birthday!! It was a wonderful trip!

This was Finn's favorite part of hiking...playing in the dirt.

Lindy and a very tired Finn after a long hike.

Grandpa Neil striking a pose!

Finn loved playing tennis at the condo. He is pretty freaking cute!

All the Grandkids playing tennis.

Finn taking his water break!

Finn and Maggie in front of the lovely view from the balcony of the Condo!!!

Jesse and Finn built a bird house for the backyard. It is quite the colorful masterpiece

Easter morning at the Spencer house.

The Easter bunny left a bunch of jelly beans around the house and Finn thought that it was the greatest thing. He is showing us his jelly beans!

The annual Spencer Easter egg coloring contest. These are the winners.

The Easter loot from Grandma and Grandpa Spencer

All the Grandkids with their baskets at Jesse's parents house.

Finn happy to have more candy.

Our cute Finners and his Easter basket.

Jesse was able to go on an airplane ride. He got to steer the plane for a little bit, and thought that it was the coolest thing he had ever done. He was considering dropping out of Residency to be a pilot.

This is my belly a month ago... it is much bigger now. But I just thought that I would add this one in. I thought Finn was cute in it!

Alive and Ready to Move.....

We are still alive here in snowy Ogden...hence the phrase "ready to move" I am so sick of this stupid snow that I am ready to pack up and move to St. George. All is well with us, we are just (well Lindy) extremely lazy these days. We have done a few exciting things. We have been visiting family, went bowling with some friends, and we made a new baby!! So we will be adding a new addition to the family probably late September early October. My official due date is October 8th, but I am thinking September because I was three weeks early with Finn that I am kind of banking on going early with this one. We are all really excited and scared out of our minds at the same time. I am 12 weeks and counting down! Finn is talking more than ever and is starting to repeat everything we say... which is making me and Jesse have to watch our mouths a little bit more! Finn has been so fun and is such a good helper to his mommy. He has learned the word puke and gross really well because it seems that that is all I have been doing these past 12 weeks, but I do feel that I am on the up and up. I am a lazy terd these days and especially today when it is a blizzard outside, I just have no desire to move! Poor Jesse has been slaving away at work and is ready for a break. Thank goodness he will have a week off in April and will be celebrating his 30th Birthday. So all is well, and once again we are behind as always. Here are a few pictures of our going ons.

Lindy and Finn made a snowman from all this dang snow we have been getting

Finn loved his snowman. Every time we pulled out of the driveway he would say hi to him.

Finn seeing if the snowman would like to eat some snow!

Finn giving his snowman loves

Then Finn decided to taste his snowman and thought he was delicious!

Jesse felt left out of the fun and decided to make his own snowman when he got home from work.

We went bowling with our friends The Anderson's. Finn loves to go bowling and loves to hang out with Dax...so he had a good night.

Dax and Finn being silly

Jesse and Finn bowling. Jesse was mush better at helping Finn than Lindy was.

My sexy boys!

Finn and Dax at the arcade after bowling.

We went with Jesse's mom and dad to a University of Utah basketball game, because Jesse's cute Grandma Angus was the Half time show. She dances with the Golden girls which are ladies 50 years and older. There is a lady who is 95 and does the splits after every performance. Can you say "Holy Crap"

Jesse Taking a picture of himself

Finn Loved it. He would get so excited when everyone would clap and cheer. And he would scream right along with the crowd.

Jesse's cute Grandma. She is the first one on the far left of the picture.

The actual pregnancy test!

Jesse's mom sent flowers as her congratulations to the new news.

Here is a picture of our newest little addition!! Pretty dang cute isn't it!
