Two kids, too many...

Little Lark is five weeks old today. It has been a little crazy getting used to life as four. For all of you out there with five+ in the family, find comfort in knowing that we have been praying lots for you. This seems like it would be mission impossible.

The long and skinny about Lark and the NICU: She didn't ever need surgery and we spent only a few days at Primary's. Since coming home, the "holy crap" factor has hit and we are struggling with a newborn, just the normal stuff. Turns out, we are probably not as good at newborns as many of you. We are learning to live with that fact. We are happy just to be home and that we have a healthy little squirt- so blessed.

She has been a joy and a delight. Finn is slowly getting over his jealousy. He has always been nice to "baby sister and Lark", but has given his 'rents some heartburn.

Would write more but things are crazy. Will let the pics do the talking:

Taken a couple weeks ago.

Lots-o-pink.

Halloween teaser.

Finn's first fishing trip-- this pond is a mile from our house and it was the first time we had gone. Totally awesome.

We caught two fishies.

Taken this morning.

Just wanna eat her!

Also taken this morning-- Frosty is a little scary.

The best part of snow-- eating it.

Had to take some inside. Mmm...

What a cutie. We'll be joining your "family of four" club shortly and we are already biting our nails in fear. We are not capable, not capable, not capable. I'm glad to hear you're surviving.

Also, I dreamed we moved to Denver last night. It was snowy and mountainous...and I was bummed out...but I kept telling myself in my dream that Jesse and Lindy liked it here, so I'm sure I could too.

She is a little cutie. And I think she looks just like Finn. Who looks exactly like both of you! Crazy. Glad you're surviving 2! (Still jealous of the pink.)

Hey guys, little Lark is so adorable! I'm glad she's doing well and you're all healthy at home. Now for the hard part! It is definitely an adjustment but you guys can do it. And if you ever want to realize just how good you've got it, we'll let ya borrow Josh for a few days. :) Love you guys!

Oh Lindy! You are too cute. I miss you. We moved closer so we should get together and let our toddlers wear themselves out on eachother! I had a baby a week after you... crazy! It is hard but totally fun. Just wait till you have five and four of them get swine flu... thats the crappers!! Seriously, we should hang out

Lindy, I just saw your name on Korryn's blog list and knew it must be you, so I thought I'd say hi. Your kids are so cute. I absolutely love the name Lark. It's been one of my favorite girl names since I was a little girl. I'm glad to see all is going so well for you.
